Medano Beach
Set in one of Cabo San Lucas's liveliest areas, this downtown beach is famous for its gentle waves and warm waters—perfect for swimming or taking a dip. For the more adventurous, you can go parasailing and ride a jet ski or banana boat. This beach is also a popular starting point for kayak tours and snorkeling trips to El Arco. When hungry, the alfresco dining options are great—choose between classic American grub or traditional Mexican fare to fuel up. Note that the beach gets pretty busy on weekends and during the Spring Break months.
Cerritos Beach
Located 45 minutes from Cabo San Lucas, Playa Los Cerritos is situated on the outskirts of the sleepy little farming community of Pescadero. Cerritos is readily accessible via a beautiful new four-lane highway (Highway 19) that sweeps through the mountains and runs along a rugged coastline where the dark ultramarine water kisses the shore with frothy waves of turquoise blue.
Todos Santos
Many travelers have never heard of Todos Santos Baja California Sur Mexico, but despite this, it’s a city of legends that’s starting to attract more visitors. It’s even been officially named a pueblo mágico, or magical town, by the government, a title given to honor and preserve the local legends and historical significance of the best places to visit in Mexico.
Cabo Corridor
The Cabo Corridor is where most of Cabo's finest hotels and resorts reside. It is also where some of Cabo's most luxurious real estate is situated. It's a great location because it is close to both the airport and to downtown Cabo San Lucas and downtown San Jose del Cabo.
San Jose Del Cabo
From the world famous Thursday Night Art Walk, to the hundreds of shop restaurants and boutiques, San Jose del Cabo is considered one of the art and cultural hubs of Baja California Sur. It is situated extremely close to the airport, so if you are someone who plans to make weekend trips to Cabo and doesn't want to deal with any commuting from the airport to your residence, San Jose del Cabo is a very attractive option for you.
Pacific Side
Some of Cabo San Lucas's premier developments reside in the Pacific side of Cabo. Quivira, Diamante, and the newly released Palm community are just a few. This area gets you slightly away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Cabo and is also favored by those who wish to spend summer months in Cabo, as the cool air coming off the Pacific Ocean can keep this area of Cabo 10 degrees cooler than the other areas.
